That rumour has been circulating a long time. I would surely love to
buy such a card, but have been also looking at external FXO adapters
for several months. Recent press regardinmg IAXy from Digium sugests
that it's ready to go, but that's FXS.

Immixtel is about three weeks away (reportedly) from having SIP
firmware for their FXOs which are actually Welltech product. Since
Immixtel is taking the trouble to test with * in their Florida offices
I'm inclined to give thjem chance. Their 4 port FXO is around $390.
