Hmmm.   I recompiled ztdummy and it's working completely fine now... Very

Sorry about that. The 321<->123 was a typo.  I'm running mpg123.
Grep hci /proc/modules returns usb-uhci

Firstly, in another post you talked about using mpg321. That doesn't work
with Asterisk. The Asterisk installation documentation explicitly says that
you need to get mpg123 to replace mpg321.

ztdummy will only work if you have a UHCI-style USB controller. Do you?

Try: grep hci /proc/modules

If it says ohci instead of uhci you can't use ztdummy.

There's a lot of information on www.voip-info.org - it's worth studying.
