For those using the new tdm fxo modules, please review and add your
comments to:

 1898  tdm fxo does not sense broken pstn line
 1899  tdm fxo senses pstn line disturbances as ringing
 1902  tdm fxo echo when calling from sip phone

There is at least a suspicion on my part that bug 1902 might be
related to specific "systems" that have not yet been diagnosed or
documented since it seems one either has echo or you don't, and
it does not appear to be related to pstn lines. The few developers
that have the tdm card suggest they don't have any echo problems.
If you can contribute additional info to any of these, please do so.
