You might try:

loadzone=us
defaultzone=us
fxsks=1
fxoks=2
fxoks=3
span=1,1,3,ccs,ami
bchan=5-6
dchan=7

No guarantees for succes ;)

P.S. Specify some details on the error next time... and possibly what 
modules are loaded, dmesg output, /proc/zaptel layout/output...
