Hmmm... Well I'd be careful then... I've tried it several times and I
haven't gotten charged, but then again I'm not doing it from multiple IP
addresses either, it's all from the same box and from the same IP..

 I don't make a habit of it though because I really don't have the upstream
bandwidth, so maybe you're right... 3.9 cents a minute is hardly going to
break the bank though...
