It would be whatever context you set in zapata.conf, sip.conf, iax.conf,
etc... depending on what protocol you are using. 

zapata.conf
============
signalling=fxo_ks
context=default     <----- right here
channel=>1

sip.conf
============
[grandstream1]
type=friend
context=from-sip    <----- right here
