That is not what he wrote.

And there is a definite market out there for exactly what he
specified:  a fixed number of simultaneous calls for a fixed
MRC, plus some (typically larger) block(s) of DIDs for their
MRC.  If there is no usage charge, the MRC would, of course,
need to cover the provider's usage costs.

Looking at it from the point of view of a pure asterisk provider
(since we are on this list) it is basically a case of dedicating
some of the B channels on your PRIs to that customer, along with
the block(s) of DIDs.  It should be easy enough for someone with
a PRI in that area to come up with a quote for the OP that works
to each party's benefit....

The demand exists; is anyone up for spulying that demand?
