[Asterisk-Users] voicemail broadcast feature

I believe we have a case of something being added to the wiki before it
was added to the code :P

If you peek into the apply_options() function in the app_voicemail.c
file (updated today 7/17/04) it doesn't even check for the "cc" option.
Options that are handled are: attach, serveremail, language, tz, delete,
saycid, review, operator, envelope, callback, dialout, and
exitcontext... but unfortunately NO "cc".
