You use a phone that supports supervised transfer.  The Polycom 
SoundPoint IP 500 (and I assume 600) supports it.  I'll bet the Cisco 
7905, 7940, and 7960 support it.  The Uniden UIP 200 may support it 
(I'll have to check when I get it back.
