The HandyTone 286 features :
- 1 Mb Flash
- 256 Kb SRAM
- a TI TMS320VC5402 100 MHz DSP
- an RTL8019AS ISA 10 Mbit Ethernet controller
- a phone interface
- and some glue around that

These are quite cheap components (the most expensive part is the $6
DSP).
