[Asterisk-Users] Issue - vmail.cgi on Redhat 9 (Apache) ?

Is the file "vmail.cgi" executable by the user that apache runs
as?  POssably you need to
  chown apache.apache vmail.cgi
  chmod +x vmail.cgi
