If I remember off top of my head. I'm out of the
office until after the new year.

I'm also not using a CSU/DSU, not needed, but shouldn't
matter anyway.

Do you have or have had a ISDN circuit running on
this PBX previously?

If not, you may have never paid to have that option
enabled? I can't remember the screen name, customer options
or features. It clearly lists all enabled features including
wether ISDN is enabled, I seem to remember this was a yes or no
question.
