[Asterisk-Users] retrieve_extensions_from_mysql.pl

The retrieve_extensions_from_mysql.pl script should output to a different
file. You then include this file inside your sip.conf.

My personal example: retrieve_...pl outputs to sip_additional.conf   My
sip.conf has all my global config options. And at the bottom of sip.conf, I
#include "sip_additional.pl"
