[Asterisk-Users] Transfer to queue

Hi,

 

Using a cisco 7960, if I try and transfer someone using the transfer
button, when I transfer them to a queue, it seems to disconnect them.
Does anyone know why?

 

I simply have an extension that points to a queue (e.i. exten =>
281,1,Queue(Sales) ).
