Configure an "auto-dial" number in the SPA to that it corresponds to 
something in the mainmenu context.  Like:
PSTN_Caller_Default_DP[2]         "2" ;
Dial_Plan_2[2]                    "(S0<:551155>)" ;

When a call comes in the FXO port, the SPA automatically dials 551155 
via your Proxy[2] settings..
