If you look closely at the original caller, he wanted to be able to tell 
when a call was transferred to him by the receptionist.  The method I 
posted will (at least the way I use it) transfer the call and let you 
know via the CIDName field that it was forwarded while leaving the CID 
Number field in-tact.

This will *only* work if you are not transferring the call outbound to 
the PSTN.  Once it hits the PSTN, the CIDName field you send is pretty 
much ignored and a DIG is done against the CID number by the telco.
