[Asterisk-Users] R2 support

Steve said in more than once opportunity "this is unstable code", and is not
supported in all countries. R2 differ between coutries. Check CVS for libr2.
Include in your source path, modify chan_zap.c (line 4825, I think),
compile, and configure it (it seems so easy!).
