Do it by hand in the wiring closet with a patch panel and some short cross
over cables.

Subject: [Asterisk-Users] POTS fail-over?

Getting all my pieces in place for asterisk. Does anyone know of a POTS
fail-over device, that will allow me to access my (only) landline on an
extension in case Asterisk fails? My current PBX patches CO1 into Ext4
when there's no power. If there isn't anything out there, I'll just use
a relay with wall-adaptor, but I was hoping that there's something a bit
more elegant out there. Yes, my * machine will have UPS -- this is for
extended outtages.
