We had thought of this but didn't think we'd have to deal with this 
situation so soon, my partner in crime has been talking to small 
community telcos for quite some time and he was really keen to work with 
them to facilitate this.

If you like (goes for anyone else too for that matter) email me off list 
with the blocks and URLs and I'll test some myself and I can deal with 
these manually till we get the provider interface up and running and 
then you'd be able to update it as often as you like.

The more contiguous the blocks the better too because wild cards can be 
set higher up, so less DNS records and more efficient call routing.
