Either use a proper CTI interface to the ACD, most will have but cost 
$$$. Or you can try the CDR/SMDR or RTSI. CDR/SMDR is always used for 
billing, RTSI is used for callcenter wallboards. For your purpose RTSI 
may be the better bet if you don't have CTI.
