Well, don't know what to tell you. The Digium folks even suggested this
since I originally did not have any of their cards installed. I do now,
and have no need for ztdummy.

If the only music on hold required is simply playing tunes when someone
pushs the hold button on the phone, there does not appear to be a need for
anything more then uncommenting a single line in the musiconhold.conf
file. Don't need to mess with dial strings for basic moh on-hold function
at all.
