This configuration works for me:

sip.conf:

[grandstream] 
type=friend 
username=grandstream 
insecure=yes 
host=dynamic 
context=sip-out 
nat=yes 
canreinvite=no 
disallow=all 
allow=g729

extensions.conf:

[sip-out] 
exten => _XXXX.,1,Dial,Technology/Resource
