Mmmmhhhhh, Does not ADSL stands for ASIMETRIC Digital Subscriber Line ?
So if its a 128 Kbps ADSL... what is your Asimetry relation ? You might
be having 128 Kbps in one way but 64 Kbps ( Or less ) on the other...
