[Asterisk-Users] Outgoing call answer confirmation

The callprogress algorithm is trying to detect certain tones (freqs) in
the receive channel to guess that it's ringback now, and now we're
connected or we have hangup. It uses groetzel algorithm optimized for US
tones (check dsp.c)
