Look at Tilghman's latest patches in the bugtracker (not committed 
yet) that allow streaming MOH via mp3. Then, look at one of the 
dozens of MP3 audio "radio station" tools that exist for Windoze, 
MacOS, or Linux.  Google and/or Sourceforge will lead you in the 
right direction.
