Do not confuse the Zaptel option r with the Dial option r.  Using
both, they are as follows:

Dial(Zap/3r2,,r)

The first r is an option to the Zaptel channel driver, telling it that
you want distinctive ring 2, while the second r indicates that you
want ringing to be immediately indicated to the caller.
