That needed to be quoted again.

This type of thing is not to be taken as some old list guys being picky.
It is etiquette, and this generally accepted format makes looking for
information or just browsing much easier.  Just as you wouldn't walk
into a formal office setting wearing ripped jeans and a tee-shirt, you
don't post to lists without following the etiquette.

Some people don't know.  That's excusable.  Others refuse to do it
because their mail client defaults to top posting (ahem, Outlook).
Please take the time to do it correctly.
