You might want to highlight the FAQ down there, like:
*** read the mailinglist-FAQ BEFORE posting. Found at
http://faq.lists.digium.com ***

or whatever. But the idea of putting a link in the bottom is definatly
better that than posting the whole FAQ every couple of weeks.
