[Asterisk-Users] ++Newbie Question

Hi!

First, I want to let everyone that I am new to the Asterik world and
looking forward to have fun with it.

I am interested in setting up a small pbx.  The following are some
pre-requisites:  

i.) Would like to have three extension with the capability of expanding
using Hard VoIP phones.  (How reliable are the Snon105 with the Asterisk
Server?)

ii.) Need to have a cordless (analog) and two extensions for faxing
capabilities

What software do I need? Hardware (ie VoIP switch or regular switch)? How 
reliable would it be?
