Hmm..  I used to get something similar with my X100P.  It 
wasn't detecting busy signals correctly so when I hung up 
a call, it'd call me back straight away and I'd get dial 
tone.

Are you sure the call is originating from the X100P?  It 
show up on your console when the problem happens.
