[Asterisk-Users] Newbie Big question

If you can find a channel bank that supports BRI in and T-1 or E-1 out
you can bring the BRI's into the channel bank from the TelCo and then
send them out the T-1 or E-1 interface on the channel bank into a T100P
or E100P on the Asterisk box.
