Mark, we'd use nfas even without D-channel backup (TBD later on).
Money saving reasons etc.

It's not supported, but presumably support could be added.  I believe only
the Channel Identifier changes, but you'd also likely want to have a
"backup" D-channel and therein lies the real work.
