[Asterisk-Users] fxs no dial tone on my USB device

Sometimes these S100U's seem to just die, usually preceeded by a period in
which the audio starts getting substantially poorer. Not sure why this
happens (it only seems to happen on a relatively small number of them --
maybe a dozen so far of all the ones we've shipped) but all the failures
manifest themselves in approximately the same way.
Of course the device is covered by a 2 years warranty from Digium so feel
free to get an RMA number to exchange the device for a new one.
