the keyword context=<context_name> in any of these configuration files:
sip.conf, iax.conf, zapata.conf, mgcp.conf refers to a extension's context
in the file extensions.conf. It serves the purpose of separating the
extensions / creating a separate dial plan so that for example when you're
using a local SIP phone so you could dial out and when someone accesses
your pbx from the outside so that this person could only dial to demo
extensions / leave a voicemail.
