True, but can we identify these issues ? I'd like to compose a checklist of 
requirements or caveats regarding voip-customers in a rogue environment 
(i.e. no control over NAT etc).

No problem at all - I'm very happy to think deeply into issues such as 
this, since they closely relate to the levels of support one would need to 
supply to voip-customers.
