I hate to follow up on my own mail, but as was previously pointed 
out, it is actually in Asterisk as chan_vpb.c at the moment.  I 
should use "grep" with correct capitalization on company names, or I 
will fail to find the right files.  It's "VoiceTronix" not 
"Voicetronix".  >:-|
