What specific information do I need to get from them in order to get
Asterisk to connect directly?  I assume I'll need the following:

      * SIP id
      * SIP password
      * Codec
      * Server IP

Anything else?  Has anyone else connected directly to Packet8 from
Asterisk successfully?
