No, but I know that the TE410P card uses a much smarter Line Interface 
chip.  Lots of the nasty work that Zaptel used to do has now been moved 
onto the PCI card itself.  This new chip has some pretty amazing skills. 
It is going to make things a lot simpler and much more efficient.
