In this case it is being sold for licensed use, but the license holder
is not the buyer of the Vonage-In-A-Box package, the licensee is Vonage.

This subject is being beaten into the ground enough.  The bottom line is
that the software is unlicensed, each person has to decide if they can
fit that into their own ethics or not.  If it is ok with you, fine, if
it isn't, then you explore other options.

But no amount of debating on here will resolve the fact that it IS
unlicensed.
