[Asterisk-Users] Newbie in need of help

Hi,
 I have just started using asterisk some time ago. I
am trying to write some u-law audio data to the
channel using ast_write(chan,&myframe) but it gives me
a segmentation fault. I will be glad to receive any
help.
I am sending the application file as an attachment.
Actually I am interested in writing u-law audio data
to
the channel and I will be reading this data from some
socket and making a frame and writing it directly
using the above api. I am making connection to
asterisk using sip phone.
