[Asterisk-Users] Compile problems

Hello again all,

I just wanted to let the folks that responded to my mail that I got
everything to compile all right. I downloaded the RH 8 rpms for kernel
sources, OpenSSL and devel, readline and devel and installed them. I had
thought I had already had them on my system and when the rpms ran it even
said that they were already there, but I forced the rpm to reinstall
everything and when I reinstalled them all, the compile and install worked
just fine. The box that I am installing * on has had a bunch of stuff put
on it because of me messing around with different software packages so maybe
somewhere along the line I just screwed something up. Anyway, I just wanted
to say thanks to everyone. I am now saving up to get an FXO and a quad FXS
card so that I can continue to set up my home PBX. I'm sure I will have a
few (read LOTS of) other questions in the future. Thanks again.

Keith
