Default password is "cisco" if one hasn't been specified.  I don't 
know how to unlock it if that's not what it's set to...

You can almost always get in by creating your own tftp server and 
feeding the phone a totally new configuration.  See 
http://www.loligo.com/asterisk/Cisco/79xx for an example tftp 
directory.
