[Asterisk-Users] Cisco 7940 conversion software??

I'm trying to get the Cisco 7940 working with SIP.
Does anyone have the files I need to put at the tftp server?

P0S30100.bin, OS79XX.TXT, SIPDefaultGeneric.cnf, SIPConfigGeneric.cnf, 
RINGLIST.DAT, ringer1.pcm.

This is what I need, but I cannot find it on Cisco's web site. I even 
registered. Searched all over and no luck at all.
Please help me out if you've got them.
