Quicknet cards are not currently supported as call out devices. So you
can make phone to phone calls, and pstn to phone calls, but it will fail
when you go from phone to pstn. If you wish to get out to pstn, you will
need to order a X100P from Mark, or arrange for other supported FXO
hardware.
