[Asterisk-Users] Configuring for outbound calls with PRI on T100P

Is the Fast busy from the Cisco or from Asterisk? Makes a big
difference. The Cisco can receive calls with out having been fully
authenticated to asterisk, but asterisk will not allow an
unauthenticated user to make a call out. In this case the Cisco would be
issueing the fast busy and asterisk is going I told you not to talk to
me till you authenticate.
