[asterisk-ss7] Need to disabled SLTA responses on Chan_SS7 code level

Hi,

Why are you using version 1.4.3 instead of the latest 2.2.0 (http://www.netfors.com/chan_ss7_free) ?
In the last version, the config 'sltm => no' should work.
