[asterisk-ss7] F on the end of the number

The 'F' character at the end of the dialed number is entirely correct. It signals to the far end switch, that there are no digits
left to wait for (no SAMs) and the number is in its full form.

The remote switch should strip and make its routing decision based on the remaining number and the fact that there are no more digits coming.
