thank you for your reply.
its alcatel 1000E10 so its E10 i think.
attached is a debug captured on asterisk. its directly receiving REL after
IAM.
as you can see number sent as '81001' from asterisk to alcatel.
but it should be '81B01'. i think its not alcatel switch`s fault.
