[asterisk-ss7] chan_ss7 error - Write buffer full on CIC

Hi,

I am on 1.6.1.20.

I've changed to fixed (could not find actual keyword static), with a size of
160ms, ie double the default write buffer, and so far, the quality seems
fine. I'll let know the list if the write buffer issue improves,
