[asterisk-ss7] Running dahdi_cfg: DAHDI_SPANCONFIG failed on span 9: Invalid argument (22)

I have three cards (TE410P) and it seems one of them is set to E1.  Can
I change it to T1 in the config or do I have to change
a jumper on the physical card.
